What should you do first? Learn how to prioritise once and for all

Priorities what to do first

How hectic does life seem these days? Many of us in the workplace juggle busy work schedules with a busy life, which means that learning how to prioritise effectively whilst maintaining the dignity and respect for other people’s priorities is essential.

On the 6 September, we hosted a webinar with just over 500 attendees where we discussed how to manage your time effectively; how to push back graciously and still find time to live a little with lots of practical examples and tips.

We were joined by Lynne Copp, founder of The Worklife Company for this 1-hour event. Lynne is a highly experienced organisational development expert, author and speaker and has worked with big brands including Google, Microsoft, Ernst & Young, Dell, Cisco and the NHS.

Watch the video below and you’ll understand:

* What exactly is a priority?
* How to prioritise successfully for the customer, business, team and you
* How managers can create a culture of clear focus
* If changes need to be made when managing remote workers
