The challenge CrunchBoards faced
Australia is one of CrunchBoard’s core markets due to its reputation as a fast growing technology market and the large number of Xero users, an online accounting tool which CrunchBoards integrated with first. With the founders being based in Brighton and London, issues with time zones and communication quickly became apparent. Sales teams in London and Sydney needed a tool to interact with customers and prospects across the globe and an easy way to offer product demos and onboarding sessions. McIntyre and Harris also needed a solution to connect the internal team which had to be scalable due to the rapid pace of growth of the business.
