The sleep habits of 21 highly successful people [infographic]

How much sleep successful people have

How did you sleep last night? Rough night? Or have you woken up feeling totally refreshed and ready to tackle the day with plenty of energy and enthusiasm?

And how do you think you’d perform at work if you had 5-6 hours every night? That’s how much sleep Barack Obama, Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer and AOL CEO Tim Armstrong have and they seem to be doing well as a result!

The National Sleep Foundation recommends that adults get between 7-9 hours sleep and in the infographic below (thank you HomeArena), we can see teh sleep habits of 21 particularly successful people including when they go to bed and what time they rise each morning.

It’s interesting to see that the majority go to sleep at 11pm. For me personally, I’m a morning person so you won’t often find me awake after 10pm.

See how you compare to the likes of Richard Branson, Arianna Huffington and Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey.
